AirCell

A cavitated, high-density PE film, Aircell is an environmentally-friendly choice thanks to its recyclability, non-toxicity and the substantial reduction in material weight. Without master batch, the film has a remarkably low overall density of 0.55 – making it 40% lighter than standard PE films. As well as being available in any colour you require, it can be torn in a controlled fashion and the addition of a UV stabiliser gives it a light fastness of up to three years. Used as a thermal insulation for fast food and speciality industrial products.

3D Film

Specifically developed to view both printed and moving 3D images, this film is leading the way in an increasingly popular market. It offers high transparency and low haze levels coupled with a gel free ultra flat surface. A Warne 3D film is typically supplied in red, blue or green colour combinations. But with the ability to precisely control colour shades and light transmission rates, we can produce even more specific colour matches should you require. A compostable option is also available subject to minimum order quantities.

Polycarbonate

Favoured for its extreme hardness, Polycarbonate has exceptionally high heat resistance and great impact strength – characteristics that are proven time and time again by its varied and extensive use in the construction industry. A Warne uses this film regularly in the production of visors and machine guards.

PETG

This product is prized for its great performance and fantastic clarity. High impact strength, chemical resistance and ease of handling mean it’s widely used in the production of everything from thermoformed confectionary moulds to industrial machine protection. PETG also brings the benefits of being recyclable and suitable for use with food. It is widely used for medical packaging as it can be sterilized by all methods. It can be worked cold without cracking.
